How do you start your day? What is the first thing you say to yourself in the morning? We set our intentions through what we think, what we say and how we act. Every minute of every day.
Even if it's a Monday, your weekend is over and you're about to start your week at work. Even if you don't like your current situation and you're really not looking forward to what you have to do today.
